"For Their Name,In Their Name"

Background
Many have noted that the 21 year long war in Northern Uganda has been a war against children. While this history has had many complications, the fact remains that the young ones have suffered the most through abduction, long distance walking day and night, being forced to participate in active crossfire, forced to loot, kill and do many other atrocities.Something has to be done "In Their Name,For Their Name" for the memory that will also address future related crimes.

Empowering Foundation works to promote and build a networking, collaboration and partnership network between the participants and continue building a global ICT community embracing mutual development and sharing with openness and inclusiveness.For Their Name,In Their Name is a project to digital qualitative and quantative project.

Aim of the project
· The project aims to commemorate the death of hundreds of thousands of children in the past 2 decades of war and revolution that blighted Northern Uganda.

Objectives
The main objective is to make sure the victims are remembered and that war crime never happens again. The event represents the Northern Uganda people demand for justice and the first step towards national reconciliation for victims of atrocities.
